Responsibilities
Managing the schedule and technical quality of assigned engineering tasks
Building familiarity with client expectations, scope, budget, and timelines
Identifying and communicating scope and design changes promptly
Supporting startup activities and coordinating work with other team members and discipline leads
Producing detailed deliverables such as Installation details, motor control center single lines, electric room layouts, motor control elementaries, connection diagrams, cable schedules, control panel layouts, grounding, lighting, and power plans
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering
At least 4 years of engineering experience in building electrical systems
Experience with power system software (preferably ETAP)
Knowledge of NFPA 70 (NEC) & IEEE standards
Understanding of electrical power system equipment/components, such as switchgears, transformers, panelboards, generators, UPS, etc
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams
Preferred
At least one year of design experience for semiconductors, data centers, or mission critical facilities
Medium Voltage (MV) design experience
Working knowledge of Revit or BIM software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Team leadership and client interaction experience
