Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate finance projects, including timelines, communications, budgets, and status reporting
Partner with IT, project management, and finance systems teams to support project execution
Prepare periodic financial reports, metrics, and audit support schedules related to projects
Assess and document the impact of projects on financial close processes and internal controls
Evaluate emerging technologies and develop business cases for system enhancements or new solutions
Support internal control documentation and compliance activities, including audit and control testing support

Qualification

CPA certificationFinancial accounting principlesGeneral ledger systemsFinancial reporting processesMicrosoft Office proficiencyCommunication skillsDocumentation skillsOrganizational skills

Required

5-8 years of relevant accounting or finance experience
Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and financial reporting processes
Experience with general ledger systems, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
CPA or similar certification preferred
