Work on high-stakes, complex, and groundbreaking litigation matters
Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, and briefs on class certification
Take and defend depositions, manage discovery, and collaborate with expert witnesses
Partner closely with senior attorneys and gain valuable courtroom and trial experience
Qualification
Required
3–8 years of litigation experience, including commercial, real estate, and construction matters
Strong legal writing skills (two writing samples required)
Solid deposition/discovery experience; trial exposure is a plus
Excellent analytical and verbal communication skills
New York bar admission in good standing
