Responsibilities
Build a lightweight PMO from the ground up that enables speed, not bureaucracy
Transition the organization from self-managed initiatives to systemized project management
Create simple intake, prioritization, and ownership across company initiatives
Provide executive-level visibility through clear dashboards and reporting
Lead cross-functional initiatives across marketing, sales, operations, content, and customer success
Qualification
Required
Build a lightweight PMO from the ground up that enables speed, not bureaucracy
Transition the organization from self-managed initiatives to systemized project management
Create simple intake, prioritization, and ownership across company initiatives
Provide executive-level visibility through clear dashboards and reporting

Partner closely with the COO and CEO
Collaborate with department heads and high-performing teams
Operate as a shared service supporting the entire organization
Builders who want project ownership and visible impact fast
Project leaders who add structure without slowing execution
Operators comfortable working directly with founders and executives
Someone not afraid to get their hands dirty and build
Preferred
PMO or change-management experience
Background in high-growth, founder-led companies
Monday software or comparable experience
