Supporting Managers within ISG by helping with employee situations, recruiting support, processing HR changes or requests, supporting project work, change management, supporting early talent programs with Interns and Students
Qualification
Required
US Citizen/Green Card holder
1-2 years' experience in HR (ideally HR generalist work, recruiting, and/or employee relations)
Involvement/Desire to work within HR processing activities
Strong customer service skills
Exceptional communication abilities
Strong HRIS experience
Advanced Excel skills
Highly comfortable pulling data and making business decisions based off of data
Preferred
Bachelor's degree (ideally in HR, management, organizational design)
SAP experience
