Nutrition
Responsibilities
Create, manage, and maintain Amazon product listings across the catalog, including variation creation and optimization
Ensure accurate product data, attributes, and compliance with Amazon category requirements
Troubleshoot listing issues such as suppressed ASINs, detail page errors, and variation breaks
Demonstrate fluency in Amazon naming conventions and platforms, including ASIN, PPC, DSP, and AMC
Pull, analyze, and action insights from Amazon backend reports, including the Category Listing Report
Monitor catalog health metrics and proactively resolve backend issues
Manage Brand Registry tools, including A+ Content, brand protection, and IP enforcement
Oversee MAP policy management, identifying violations and coordinating enforcement as needed
Support brand integrity and pricing compliance across the Amazon marketplace
Act as a key point of contact for Amazon 1P Vendor Managers / Amazon reps
Support escalations, case management, and operational issue resolution with Amazon
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain etc) to ensure backend execution aligns with commercial strategy
Qualification
Required
3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon backend operations (1P experience strongly preferred)
Deep working knowledge of Amazon terminology (ASIN, PPC, DSP, AMC)
Deep working knowledge of Amazon reports, especially the Category Listing Report
Deep working knowledge of Amazon variation structures and best practices
Deep working knowledge of Brand Registry tools and workflows
Deep working knowledge of MAP policy management
Proven experience working directly with Amazon 1P reps
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage large catalogs
Comfortable working in a fast-moving FMCG environment
Experience operating in a fast-paced results driven environment
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Strong analytical skills and a positive can-do attitude is a must
