.Net Web Application Developer
The Public Service Commission (PSC) of Wisconsin is seeking an entry-level .Net Web Application Developer to join their team in the Division of Business Operations and Office Management. This role involves basic application development, enhancements, testing, implementation, support, maintenance, and problem resolution using an Agile methodology.

Responsibilities
Provides basic level applications IS work that supports multiple phases of the systems development life cycle, including research, planning, design, development, implementation, testing, and maintenance of web-based systems using an Agile methodology
Main responsibility is basic application development and enhancements, testing, implementation, support, maintenance and problem resolution
Learns systems development tools and methodologies in the completion of assigned duties, including the procedures, practices, techniques and technology of applications and maintenance of existing applications
Qualification
Required
Full stack web application development using modern design patterns and development tools (such as Microsoft web application tools or similar)
Relational database design and development (such as SQL Server or Oracle)
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery/bootstrap or a similar framework
Preferred
Working as a part of an IT team in a collaborative setting
Resolving and/or troubleshooting IT related questions or issues with customers
Developing software solutions to meet business needs
