Responsibilities

Conduct routine and advanced research in cancer biology and experimental therapeutics
Perform basic molecular and cell biology experiments (cell culture, subcloning, qPCR, etc)
Conduct in vivo tumorigenesis experiments (tumor implantation, treatment, live animal imaging)
Analyze and interpret experimental data
Prepare manuscripts
Mentor graduate and undergraduate students
Collaborate with internal and external research partners
Maintain lab safety protocols
Assist with IACUC protocol submission
Ensure compliance with institutional and federal regulations related to animal research and laboratory safety
