Responsibilities

Apply Joint Accreditation, ACCME, ACPE, and ANCC standards to CE activities, policies, templates, and workflows
Lead review of faculty disclosures and coordinate COI mitigation documentation
Validate learning objectives, activity design, evaluation instruments, post-tests, and credit designation statements
Review live and enduring activities for compliance prior to approval and posting
Prepare and organize CE documentation and evidence in support of audits and reviews
Lead and perform day-to-day CE operations for live and enduring activities, including intake, scheduling, readiness verification, delivery coordination, and recordkeeping
Apply and help refine standardized CE operational workflows, checklists, and templates
Coordinate CE backlog inventory, validation, and processing activities
Generate, verify, and issue CE certificates
Ensure CE records are maintained in a centralized, auditable repository
Serve as a primary point of contact with accredited joint partners for routine submissions and issue resolution
Coordinate partner submissions and track turnaround times
Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, program managers, systems staff, and communications staff to support CE delivery
Perform CE quality assurance reviews and participate in sampling activities
Identify recurring issues and recommend corrective actions
Track operational metrics (cycle time, error rate, rework, throughput) and provide input to leadership on trends
Validate CE tracking data used for certificate issuance and external reporting
Work with systems staff to troubleshoot data issues and workflow inefficiencies
Contribute to the development and maintenance of the CE Operations Manual, SOPs, job aids, and templates
Support onboarding and mentoring junior CE staff

Required

Bachelor's degree in Education, Public Health, Health Administration, Instructional Systems Design, or related field
Minimum of 6 years of experience supporting continuing education or professional education programs, preferably in healthcare, public health, or regulated environments
Experience supporting live and online CE activities
Experience applying SOPs, templates, and checklists in regulated operations
Strong organizational, analytical, and coordination skills
Proficiency with LMS platforms, webinar systems, and CE tracking tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of Joint Accreditation, ACCME, ACPE, and/or ANCC standards

Preferred

Master's degree in Education, Public Health, Health Administration, or related field
Experience supporting CE programs within a federal agency or regulatory organization
Experience working with accredited joint partners
Experience supporting CE certificate issuance and external reporting
Familiarity with Section 508 accessibility requirements and federal records management
Experience supporting accreditation audits or reaccreditation submissions
