Executive Assistant / Bookkeeper

Responsibilities

Weekly bookkeeping
Processing employee timesheets
Project setup and tracking
Preparation of bi-monthly payroll
Processing accounts payable
Preparation and issuance of invoices

Required

Skills in Office Management, Project Management, Project Engineering, and Project Planning

Bachelor's or master's degree is a plus
