Senior Graphic Designer
Confidential is a design-led, premium consumer brand in the food and beverage space, known for craftsmanship and attention to detail. They are seeking a highly creative Graphic Designer to execute a wide range of visual design needs across the business, collaborating closely with various teams to enhance the brand's visual identity.

Responsibilities
Design across a broad range of brand assets, including:
Packaging: boxes, belly bands, inserts, labels
Digital: email graphics, website banners, paid social assets, landing pages
Print: in-store signage, promotional cards, product pricing sheets, handouts
Retail: storefront vinyl, window clings, hours signage, and point-of-sale materials
Translate creative briefs into elevated, on-brand visual executions
Partner with the Head of Marketing to evolve and maintain the visual identity system
Prepare final production-ready files, including dielines, bleeds, and vector exports
Coordinate with printers and packaging vendors as needed
Regularly photograph and/or film on-site and remote across production, office, and retail environments
Capture process shots, b-roll, product-in-hand moments, and short-form social content
Perform light video editing for social, email, and digital channels
Support campaign, launch, and event asset creation
Qualification
Required
4–6 years of professional graphic design experience
Portfolio demonstrating strong packaging design and digital work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; basic Premiere or After Effects a plus)
Experience working with dielines, printers, and packaging partners
Strong command of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy
Comfortable capturing photo and video on a DSLR or high-end smartphone
Ability to work onsite and move between office, production, and retail locations
Collaborative, positive, and detail-oriented mindset
Comfort working in a small, fast-moving team environment
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently when needed
Preferred
Experience with Figma or other collaborative design tools
Motion graphics or advanced video editing experience
Background in food, beauty, or lifestyle brands
Experience with sensory-forward or premium/luxury branding
Curiosity around AI and generative tools to streamline production while maintaining quality
