Reynolds & Moore is a global functional safety engineering firm supporting advanced robotics, automation, and AI-driven systems. They are seeking a remote Graphic Design & Marketing Intern to help execute design projects, organize marketing assets, and support day-to-day marketing operations.

Responsibilities

Create, update, and refine marketing graphics and visual assets for use across digital and print materials
Develop design assets for events and promotional campaigns including brochures, roll-up banners, merch, and related materials, ensuring brand consistency across formats
Prepare and optimize visual content for website use
Assist with website updates and general maintenance to ensure content accuracy and visual consistency
Support LinkedIn content creation and posting
Assist with podcast-related research, coordination, and visual assets
Help collect and organize basic marketing performance data
Organize and maintain marketing files, assets, and templates
Build systems that make collaboration and asset retrieval efficient
Support organization of marketing materials used for internal reporting and reference

Qualification

Required

Demonstrated experience in graphic design for digital or brand applications
Proficiency with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar platforms
Experience with WordPress or willingness to learn quickly
Proficiency with preparing visual assets for web use (image optimization, file formats, responsive sizing)
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and file management
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and communicate clearly in a remote setting

Preferred

Experience working on real-world client, academic, or freelance projects is a plus
