Responsibilities
Develop and execute a global sales enablement strategy aligned with business goals
Present sales results to the Executive Committee and Chief Revenue Officer
Design scalable enablement programs for onboarding and continuous learning
Equip frontline Experts with tools and training for effective customer conversations
Align enablement content with the customer journey and sales lifecycle
Partner with cross-functional teams to align training with product launches
Define and track KPIs related to sales effectiveness and ROI
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
10+ years of experience in sales, learning development, or sales operations
10+ years leading teams with a proven record of strategy execution
Expertise in designing and delivering sales enablement programs
Ability to translate customer insights into performance-driving programs
Strong analytical skills with a focus on enablement metrics
Familiarity with LMS, CMS, Salesforce, and coaching tools
Excellent communication skills for presenting to senior leadership
Preferred
Master's degree or MBA preferred
