Responsibilities
Perform recruiting functions to ensure that well-qualified candidates are available for position openings
Conduct phone screenings, evaluate providers credentials, and provide lists of candidates to sales consultants and clients for further consideration
Enter CV, inquiry, and referral information into the recruiting database, send and receive credentialing packets, and track providers files to ensure accurate and complete information
Maintain professional relations with providers, clients, and team
Keep managers and team well informed of progress and recruiting activities
Qualification
Required
Strong interpersonal, customer service, and public relations skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office applications
Ability to use computer‑based tracking systems efficiently
Strong negotiating, closing, and objection‑handling skills
Proven ability to build and maintain a book of business at a senior recruiting level
Creativity in sourcing and identifying new providers
Consistently demonstrates company values and professional ethics
Strong knowledge of the healthcare staffing and locum tenens industry
Familiarity with Jackson & Coker's sales processes and best practices
Solid understanding of inside sales strategies and techniques
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Successful completion of the company's sales training program
1+ years of sales and/or agency recruiting experience in a goal‑driven environment preferred but not required
Experience in phone‑based sales preferred but not required
