Responsibilities
Support or lead components of operating model design work
Help shape how organizations define capabilities, roles, structures, and processes
Bring structured thinking and problem-solving to complex operational and strategic challenges
Partner with clients at all levels to deliver practical, sustainable change
Collaborate with colleagues in strategy, digital, and agile teams
Contribute to workstreams such as capability mapping, process optimization, business case development, and transformation roadmaps
Qualification
Required
Academic background and/or professional experience in life sciences, business, analytics, or a related field relevant to transforming complex organizations
At least 2+ years of professional experience in consulting or in a relevant industry role (early‑career is welcome, but not entry‑level)
Experience or strong interest in pharmaceutical and biotech operating models; exposure to consumer sector operating model work is also beneficial
Demonstrated problem‑solving, analytical thinking, and structured delivery capabilities
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with comfort in fast‑moving environments
Preferred
Experience with consulting, operating model design, business analysis, process design, product ownership, or enterprise transformation (nice‑to‑have, not required)
