Qualification
Required
2+ years experience working with raw data, reporting, or data coordination
Experience creating data extracts and reports
Microsoft SQL, Excel, CSV (Power BI strongly preferred)
Microsoft 365 (cloud + basic admin knowledge)
IT Help Desk / technical support experience
Windows OS + Microsoft Office proficiency
Strong customer service skills in a technical environment
Understanding of relational database concepts
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
Comfortable handling confidential / patient data
