Supervisor FSQA - 2nd Shift
Tyson Foods is a leading food manufacturer, and they are seeking an FSQA Supervisor for their 2nd shift operations. The role involves ensuring compliance with quality and food safety standards, conducting audits, and delivering training to team members.

Responsibilities
Ensuring compliance with product quality standards
Verifying production paperwork for accuracy and completeness
Conducting production floor checks
Performing GMP and housekeeping audits
Delivering food safety training to Team Members
Exercising judgment in setting priorities, evaluating results, and coordinating with other teams
Ensuring food safety, food quality, and regulatory/legal compliance
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
2 plus years in a food manufacturing environment
Basic computer skills for creating simple queries, spreadsheets, etc
Excellent communication skills verbal and written
Responsible for supervising a small group of personnel who perform somewhat similar tasks
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Prior supervisory experience
HACCP certified
Broad knowledge of HACCP, USDA, GMP, SSOPs
SAP knowledge
Bilingual
