Responsibilities
Support current reporting structure, especially from operational systems such as Salesforce and NetSuite
Build out dashboards and data visualization tools
Automate manual data collection and manipulation traditionally done in spreadsheets
Consolidate/reconcile multiple data sources into data lakes and BI systems
Run ad-hoc analyses to help drive projects and key business initiatives forward
Assist in forecasting and predictive analytics as well as opportunity assessment and market sizing
Translate complex data into intuitive business stories and implications
Maintain current and accurate knowledge of data storage and management best practices
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting, or Computer Science or equivalent work experience required
1-3 years of demonstrated experience with a Business Intelligence (BI) tool such as PowerBI, Tableau, or similar platforms
A strong understanding of database design, construction, and the computer languages used within databases
Working knowledge and experience in cloud-based software as a service (SAAS) platforms like Salesforce, Oracle NetSuite, or similar required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Experience with a BI tool such as PowerBI, Tableau, etc
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Understanding of computer languages used within the database
Understanding of database design and construction
Must be eligible to work in the United States
