The Program Manager will coordinate scheduling, budgeting, technical performance, and stakeholder engagement across clinical research operations
The PM will manage service level agreements, oversee modernization priorities, and ensure contract deliverables are completed on time and within budget
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in a discipline related to clinical informatics or contract work
Active/Current PMP certification (required)
8–12 years of experience, including 7 years in clinical informatics and Government contract management
Preferred
NIH intramural research experience
Experience leading teams of 20+ personnel
Strong communication and governance expertise
