Responsibilities
Drafting purchase and sale agreements, retail and restaurant leases, ground leases, easements, deeds, and other instruments related to real estate transactions
Managing negotiations and supporting dispute resolution in leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions
Supporting construction, development, and financing of commercial properties and associated business operations
Participating in strategy discussions and working collaboratively in a close-knit team
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school
Top 30% of law school class (from a top-tier law school, top 50% is acceptable)
1+ year(s) of Real Estate Law experience
Active Ohio Bar license, or ability to waive in (the firm may cover costs for license transfer if eligible and/or consider candidates willing to sit for the Ohio Bar)
Demonstrated work ethic, drive, and long-term commitment to real estate law
Preferred
Strong ties to Cincinnati are preferred, including for relocation candidates
