IT Support Technician/Desktop Support
Cube Hub Inc. is seeking an IT Support Technician/Desktop Support to provide day-to-day operational support in a computing environment. This role involves delivering technical support, managing hardware and software issues, and performing administrative tasks to ensure smooth technical operations for end users.
Responsibilities
Provide onsite desktop hardware support and software troubleshooting
Manage printer hardware, including toner replacement and basic maintenance
Deliver “smart hands” support for server and network teams
Support conference room technology
Image and deploy computers for end users
Handle computer asset lifecycle tasks including deployment and disposal
Resolve tickets from ServiceNow or similar service management queues
Update asset records in asset management systems
Follow knowledge base (KB) articles to resolve technical issues
Maintain contact lists, logs, and problem reports
Record customer information updates and service documentation
Process equipment shipments and maintain inventory/service records
Communicate effectively through email and internal documentation
Monitor and perform stable, repeatable technical processes
Identify operational issues and resolve them using documented procedures
Escalate issues that fall outside standard processes
Schedule routine equipment maintenance
Order supplies and monitor inventory levels
Interact with vendors/suppliers as needed
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1 year experience (Manager open to recent graduates)
Must be able to lift 25–30 lbs to move equipment
Experience with break/fix support for hardware and software while maintaining strong customer satisfaction
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to solve problems and support projects
Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
