Responsibilities
Build, iterate, and automate financial reporting to support monthly and quarterly business reviews
Conduct variance analysis to generate insights and identify drivers of business performance
Build financial forecasting models based on past performance and expected impact of future business initiatives
Build controllership mechanisms to ensure financial accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
Collaboration with business partners on new initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
3+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience
Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis
Experience in financial modeling, P&L management or analysis
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc
Preferred
Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence
Experience working with stakeholders
