Responsibilities

Build and configure thin client devices following established imaging and setup procedures
Deploy devices by coordinating with stores, ensuring proper connectivity and functionality
Contact store locations to schedule, guide, and confirm successful cutover of equipment
Track progress of completed deployments and escalate technical issues as needed
Support the IT team with related project tasks to ensure smooth execution of the refresh initiative

Qualification

Required

1+ year of experience in IT hardware deployment, desktop support, or related field
Familiarity with Windows operating systems and thin client environments
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented processes

Ability to work independently, manage workload, and meet project deadlines
