The intern will gain hands-on experience in contract management, auditing, and operational processes that support distribution channels.

Responsibilities
Assist with updating agency contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance
Perform administrator audits to support governance and operational integrity
Support Channel Contracting team members on various administrative and operational tasks
Collaborate with internal partners to support contract-related workflows
Qualification
Required
Must be enrolled in an educational program for the duration of the internship
Completed at least one year (2 semesters or credits equivalent) by the start of the internship
Sophomore, Junior, or Senior as of Summer 2026, pursuing a degree in Business, Law, Communications, or a related major
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Strong technical competency and proficiency using various software applications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and customer service orientation
Willingness to take initiative and learn new concepts and technical skills
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, including being onsite at least 2 days per week
Preferred
Experience working with legal contracts
