1+ years expSunrock is seeking a Construction Roadway Flagger to support safe and efficient work zone traffic flow. This role directs vehicles and equipment through active construction areas, sets up traffic control devices, and ensures the safety of crew members and motorists.

Responsibilities
Direct and control traffic using stop/slow paddles and hand signals
Follow NCDOT traffic control plans and safety guidelines
Set up and remove cones, signs, barricades, and other traffic control devices
Monitor work zone safety and report hazards immediately
Assist crew with basic labor tasks when needed
Qualification
Required
1+ year of experience in construction, traffic control, laborer, or related field
Ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors in all weather
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work near moving traffic and heavy equipment
Strong communication skills and attention to safety
Preferred
Traffic Control/Flagger Certification (ATSSA or NCDOT) preferred or willing to obtain
Valid NC Driver's License preferred
