Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO on company-building, capital deployment, and studio operations
Own cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution
Leverage AI tools and workflows to accelerate research, analysis, and operational tasks
Prepare materials for investor conversations, board meetings, and portfolio reviews
Identify operational bottlenecks and build systems to solve them
Coordinate across portfolio companies, advisors, and internal teams
Lead special projects that don’t fit neatly into existing roles
Synthesize information from multiple sources into clear recommendations

Required

Recent graduate from a top program with demonstrated entrepreneurial drive, or a founder who's built something and wants to learn the studio model from the inside
AI-native: you already use Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar tools daily to move faster and think bigger—not as a novelty, but as core infrastructure for how you work
Comfortable building automations, prompts, and workflows that multiply your output
Exceptional written and verbal communication
High agency—you see problems and fix them without being asked
Comfortable operating without a playbook
Strong analytical skills with an ability to distill complexity
Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive information
Based in or willing to relocate to New York (hybrid)
