Responsibilities
Lead recruiting across a diverse portfolio of professional services roles, creating an outstanding candidate experience
Partner with practice leaders to translate business goals into actionable hiring plans that support SN’s Destination of Talent
Build and maintain forward-looking talent pipelines using market insights, sourcing strategies, and industry networks
Drive recruiting processes, metrics, and systems that scale with the firm’s growth
Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on role design, compensation positioning, market trends, and timing
Contribute strategically across HR priorities and collaborate to ensure seamless execution of recruiting processes as the firm navigates growth and evolving priorities
Qualification
Required
7+ years of talent acquisition experience in professional services (CPA, consulting, or advisory firms)
Experienced recruiting across multiple service lines or complex roles
Business-savvy, with a strong understanding of utilization, revenue drivers, and service-line economics
Thrives in a fast-moving, growth-oriented, and performance-driven environment
Proven ability to design and execute scalable recruiting strategies that attract top talent
