Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end proposal process for public-sector and heavy civil pursuits
Develop proposal schedules, compliance matrices, and win themes
Coordinate input from estimating, project management, engineering, and leadership
Write, edit, and produce clear, persuasive technical and non-technical content
Oversee resumes, project sheets, and proposal graphics/materials
Ensure all submissions meet client requirements and deadlines
Maintain proposal libraries, templates, and marketing collateral
Support interview preparation and pursuit strategies when required
Qualification
Required
5+ years' experience in a proposals, marketing, or pursuit role within construction
Strong preference for experience with public-sector / infrastructure projects
Solid understanding of heavy civil construction and delivery methods
Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills
Comfortable managing multiple pursuits simultaneously
Proficient with Microsoft Office (InDesign or similar design tools a plus)
Detail-oriented, proactive, and deadline-driven
