Floating Assistant Community Manager

They are seeking a Floating Assistant Community Manager to support the daily management and operation of properties, including tenant relations and leasing activities, while ensuring high standards of resident satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Support the daily management and operation of the property
Assist with tenant relations and resolving resident concerns
Coordinate leasing activities and process rental applications
Prepare lease agreements and ensure property upkeep
Engage in proactive customer interaction and collaborate with the property management team
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in property management protocols, lease agreements, and tenant relations
Customer service and problem-solving skills to address resident concerns effectively
Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and resident interaction
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or relevant education is advantageous
Ability to work in an on-site role in Southern CA and maintain a professional demeanor
Preferred
Familiarity with property management software and basic financial reporting is a plus
Experience in property management or a related field is preferred but not required
