Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining and distributing up-to-date marketing materials across the organization
Partner with departments to support updates and creation of marketing collateral such as brochures, PowerPoint presentations, and advertisements
Help maintain company website content and assist with social media updates
Support efforts to ensure company information and branding are consistent across all platforms
Assist with planning, coordination, and implementation of marketing and employee events such as tradeshows and company celebrations
Support creation and editing of internal communications, including the quarterly employee newsletter
Help maintain inventory of promotional materials for new hires, tradeshows, and special events
Capture and organize company photography of projects, events, and facilities; assist with editing and cataloging images for marketing use
Assist with facility signage, displays, and branding projects
Performs other duties as assigned
Being at work on time and maintaining good attendance is a condition of employment and is an essential function of your job
Qualification
Required
Due to our ITAR and EAR regulations, applicants must be a US Citizen or of Legal Permanent Resident Status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b (a) (3)
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). Janicki will assist with gaining this access once employed. Special Access Program or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position and requires candidate agreed to enter a Continuous Evaluation program
Studying toward a degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or related field
Must have strong customer service skills and the ability to multi-task
Must be able to work well independently and under pressure, meeting and completing multiple deadlines
Must possess effective oral and written communication skills in the English language
