Responsibilities
Support execution of the manufacturing strategy defined by factory leadership
Own and improve day-to-day manufacturing processes and work instructions
Support daily production output, quality, cost, delivery, and safety targets
Enforce standard work, process discipline, and visual factory controls
Identify bottlenecks, constraints, and inefficiencies and drive corrective actions
Support throughput, OEE, and on-time delivery improvement initiatives
Lead process optimization and continuous improvement activities
Support New Product Introduction handover and production ramp-up
Collect, analyze, and report manufacturing performance data
Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for production issues
Work closely with maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and quality teams
Support training and coaching of operators and supervisors
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent technical field
5–8 years of experience in manufacturing or production engineering roles
Preferred
Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma certification
Exposure to ISO 9001 / AS9100 manufacturing environments
Experience with manufacturing execution systems or production data systems
Military Experience or background in defense
Experience making products for national security customers
Exposure to technologies related to Uncrewed Systems
