Security Administrative Assistant- Part Time
GBS Group is seeking a part-time Security Administrative Assistant to support their Facility Security Officer (FSO). This role will provide administrative support to manage an increased security workload and assist with maintaining security-related records and processes.

Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Facility Security Officer (FSO)
Maintain and update security files, records, and databases, including:
Personnel security records
Access lists
Badging information
Submit access requests and badge applications to various installations and shipyards
Assist with general security administrative functions as needed
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all security-related documentation
Qualification
Required
U.S. Citizenship required
Previous administrative experience required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Preferred
Previous experience as a Security Assistant
Clearance eligibility
Familiarity with security databases and systems
Active security clearance
