Responsibilities

Provide IT support to end users, including error analysis and troubleshooting of hardware and software issues

Set up, maintain, and manage workstation systems, including Windows PCs, mobile devices, printers, phones and peripherals

Support the operation and maintenance of basic IT infrastructure components such as networks, server rooms, and UPS systems

Coordinate and implement IT measures in accordance with central IT specifications (e.g., system rollouts, migrations, and security updates)

Collaborate closely with the central IT team to support infrastructure and security-related projects

Document IT systems, configurations, support cases, and local IT-specific processes

Support compliance with IT security guidelines, policies, and regulatory requirements

Act as the primary point of contact for external service providers and coordinate on-site technical activities
