Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer specifications, and conducts product inspections and tests to identify defects and deviations from quality standards
Analyze quality data and trends to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain, to improve product quality and resolve quality-related problems
Participate in new product development projects to ensure quality requirements are met from design to production
Manages all quality-related issues within the manufacturing team (e.g., internal and customer, Identifying and fixing product quality issues timely), conducting and leading audits and ensuring compliance with quality standards, monitoring and reporting on quality metrics and developing procedures and training materials
Manages projects and promotes continuous improvement techniques
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED and 2 year Associate's Degree
Three (3) years of related experience
Calibration control knowledge
Strong communication, organizational skills, analytical background
Microsoft Office Suite
