Business Process Reengineering
Morph Enterprise is seeking a Business Process Reengineering professional with extensive experience in business and systems analysis. The role involves analyzing and designing current and future process models, creating documentation, and leading projects to modernize legacy systems.
Responsibilities
Extensive experience in business analysis, systems analysis, testing, documentation, training, and service delivery
Proven ability to analyze and design current-state (“as-is”) and future-state (“to-be”) process models and workflows
Proficiency in developing process, workflow, and data-flow diagrams
Strong experience creating system and functional documentation, test cases covering multiple scenarios, and training materials in alignment with SEM/SUITE standards
Demonstrated experience leading full-scale projects through planning, execution, and delivery
Proven success in modernizing legacy systems and transitioning them to contemporary framework
General knowledge of .NET, SQL Server, Teradata, and Azure DevOps
Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma concepts as applied within IT delivery, application modernization, and system-supported business processes
Familiarity with ITIL-bases service management practices in the context of application operation, and change management
Qualification
Required
