Responsibilities

The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for designing and/or specifying electrical and electro-mechanical parts and assemblies that will be used within products that are used within the renewable energy, microgrid, EV charging, crypto mining, and data center markets
As a Controls Engineer in the R&D group, you will be responsible for developing control systems in a physics-based modeling and simulation environment for electrical, thermal, and mechanical systems used in distributed energy resources and power distribution
Collaborating with subject matter experts, product strategy teams, and systems engineers, you will create accurate and efficient control systems, optimization, and analytics algorithms to support technologies and products development within the Product Engineering organization
You will play a key role in driving innovation and performance improvements in distributed energy and power distribution systems
As a Modeling & Simulation Engineer in the R&D group, you will be responsible for developing advanced modeling and simulation environments for electrical, thermal, and mechanical systems and enclosures used in distributed energy resources and power distribution
Collaborating with subject matter experts, product strategy teams, and systems engineers, you will create accurate and efficient simulations that meet requirements and support product development
Through your expertise, you will play a key role in driving innovation and performance improvements in distributed energy and power distribution systems
The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for designing and/or specifying mechanical and electro-mechanical parts and assemblies that will be used within products that are used within the renewable energy, microgrid, EV charging, crypto mining, and data center markets
As a Power Electronics Engineer within our R&D organization, you will support efforts to define processes and strategies for the design, development and testing of cutting-edge systems and technologies for power electronics components for use in microgrids, EV charging, oil and gas and data center applications
