Responsibilities
Disassembling, inspecting, repairing, reconditioning, and reassembling engine components
Conducting reconditioning-type repairs using proper tooling and up-to-date service information
Completing accurate service documentation, including parts handling and technical information retrieval
Determining part reusability and making repair recommendations
Performing diagnostic tests, troubleshooting malfunctions, and making precise adjustments
Supporting customer satisfaction through high-quality workmanship and timely service
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Helping train and mentor junior Technicians
Assisting Field Technicians with minor repairs when needed
Performing all duties professionally, efficiently, and safely
Supporting other tasks as needed to serve our customers and business operations
Loading, unloading, and transporting engines, components, and parts within the facility
Travel: Up to 10%
Qualification
Required
Technical skill in engine rebuilding and restoration
Experience with disassembling, inspecting, repairing, reconditioning, and reassembling engine components
Ability to conduct reconditioning-type repairs using proper tooling and up-to-date service information
Capability to complete accurate service documentation, including parts handling and technical information retrieval
Skill in determining part reusability and making repair recommendations
Experience performing diagnostic tests, troubleshooting malfunctions, and making precise adjustments
Commitment to supporting customer satisfaction through high-quality workmanship and timely service
Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Experience in training and mentoring junior Technicians
Willingness to assist Field Technicians with minor repairs when needed
Professional, efficient, and safe execution of all duties
Ability to support other tasks as needed to serve customers and business operations
Capability to load, unload, and transport engines, components, and parts within the facility
Willingness to travel up to 10%
