5+ years of experience as a Product or Business Analyst within the Salesforce ecosystem, with deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and preferably Financial Services Cloud (FSC).Proven track record of managing a Salesforce backlog, writing "ready-for-dev " User Stories, and leading comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles
