Senior Workday Analyst
Brillect is looking to expand its HR Practice community by adding Senior Workday Analysts. In this role, you will support various clients with HRIS leadership, system implementations, and process improvements while ensuring data integrity and optimizing HR tech solutions.
Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert in HRIS platforms, with deep expertise in Dayforce or Workday
Lead system implementations, upgrades, and integrations across HR functions
Configure and maintain system modules including Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, and Time & Attendance
Partner with stakeholders to assess business needs and translate them into system solutions
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across platforms
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support HR and business decision-making
Conduct audits and troubleshoot data issues proactively
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance user experience
Provide end-user training and support for HRIS tools and processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Payroll, Finance, and IT
Qualification
Required
7+ years of progressive HRIS experience, ideally in small-to-mid-sized organizations
Proven expertise in Dayforce or Workday (required)
Strong understanding of HR processes and how they translate into system functionality
Analytical mindset with a passion for data and technology
Excellent communicator and collaborator with strong project management skills
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple client relationships
