Responsibilities

Develop software and GenAI agents that automate internal processes and delight clients
You will act as an owner for various feature and product requests. You own it from start to finish
Perform your own rigorous Self-QA. You are your own harshest critic before you hand off work
Domain Empathy: You will not just stay in a code silo; you will work to understand the healthcare business context behind your code
Participate in code reviews and implement feedback to improve code quality
Design and maintain documentation for features and user workflows
Assist with product testing, performance tuning, and bug resolution
Contribute to team discussions about product direction and technical design
Engage in the strategic promotion of new products, directly contributing to market success

Required

Individual(s) must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for immigration support or sponsorship from Milliman now or in the future
Ability to work full-time from the beginning of June to mid-August on-site in Brookfield, WI office

Preferred

Current college undergraduate or graduate student (Math, Computer Science, or related fields of study is preferred). Will consider other majors for students who have a demonstrated interest and aptitude for software development
Experience with software and AI development. Those with real-world side projects preferred
Familiarity with GitHub CoPilot or other agent tools as force multipliers
