This position is responsible for logistics processes, coordinating strategies, and ensuring timely material readiness for complex installations.

Responsibilities
Developing and maintaining logistics processes
Coordinating logistics strategies
Ensuring timely material readiness for complex shipboard installations
Providing project support, mentorship, and performance oversight
Supporting multiple concurrent technical projects
Focusing on procurement coordination, freight forwarding, inventory management, and contractor engagement
Contributing to resource planning according to the loading plan of each project
Facilitating stakeholder communication and cross-departmental coordination
Supporting project managers in the creation of requisitions
Ensuring that all invoices related to each project are processed and paid in a timely manner
Shipping technical systems and machinery
Engaging in energy conservation
Participating in decarbonization initiatives
Ensuring environmental compliance
Qualification
Required
Experience with technical project administration, especially in maritime/cruise environments
Supports project managers in: Resource planning; Requisition creation; Vendor/contractor coordination; Invoice tracking and timely payment
Strong multitasking and workload prioritization skills
Exposure to ship technical systems, machinery, energy systems
Understanding of decarbonization, environmental compliance, energy conservation
Cross-Functional & Stakeholder skills
Ability to coordinate logistics for projects with complex timelines & loading plans
Ability to read/understand P&IDs (important for material validation)
Ability to communicate across operational, technical, and managerial levels
