Leading multiple sites across the US
Leading the manufacturing operations, quality, safety, HR, supply chain, continuous improvement and technical teams
Identifying opportunities for improvement
Streamlining processes
Implementing innovative technologies to drive improvements across the supply chain
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering is preferred
At least 10-15 years of experience in plant leadership roles with P&L responsibility
A history of hiring, growing and promoting talent within the organization
Formal lean training is essential and a strong background in Continuous Improvement, and Lean methodologies is also preferred
Experience successfully designing and leading change within an organization
A commitment to diversity of thought, inclusion and a global/international view and experience is essential
You will be able to demonstrate an ability to navigate a large and complex corporate organization whilst maintaining an entrepreneurial spirit
You will be a strong team player and an inspirational leader possessing technical credibility and presence, with the ability to quickly gain the confidence of your team, your peers and management
You will exhibit a unique blend of strategic vision, functional excellence and execution success
