Responsibilities
Leading Cornerstone implementation projects work-streams through discovery, design, build, test, and deployment activities leveraging our agile deployment methodology
Establish user journeys and create user stories. These support the design and setup of the Organization Units, Learning Objects, Channels, Pathways, and Skills features
Supporting the iterative configuration of the application (focusing either on the LMS/LXP, Transform, or Technical/Data Conversion space), engaging stakeholders to conduct reviews through joint design sessions
Providing hands-on leadership and project management to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate
Gather requirements and design sprints for the Cornerstone application
Working with client stakeholders to document baseline, current state Learning/Talent Service Delivery operations
Developing the points of value to deliver throughout the learning/workforce transformation effort
Develop detailed implementation plans for deploying the Cornerstone product. Establish key milestones. Finalize the budget, scope, and high-level architecture
Manage all aspects of the project or workstream. Monitor and identify project issues early to mitigate any risk for the client
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
4+ years of experience in Cornerstone (Learn/LXP or Skills/Transform or UIUX or technical/data conversion focus) implementations and optimizations
4+ years of experience in the delivery and implementation of at least one Cornerstone module
Ability to travel 0-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred
4+ years leading projects, including 2+ end-to-end deliveries; managed schedule/budget/risks with weekly status reporting and stakeholder governance
4+ years Big 4 consulting experience
Led 2+ Cornerstone implementations
Built 3+ integrated implementation plans (workstreams, milestones, dependencies, RAID); managed 6+ workstreams and tracked progress to milestone adherence
Completed 2+ Galaxy/Legacy Cornerstone implementation from design through go-live (and 30-90 day stabilization); included integrations, data migration, testing cycles (SIT/UAT), cutover plan, and training/change delivery for 200+ users
