Healthcare Financial Due Diligence – Senior Associate & Manager (TAS)

This role involves supporting buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements across a broad range of healthcare transactions, providing professionals with direct exposure to clients and M&A decision-making.

Responsibilities

Perform financial due diligence on healthcare transactions, including buy-side and sell-side engagements
Analyze historical and adjusted financial results, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows
Assess quality of earnings, net working capital, net assets, and cash flow sustainability
Identify accounting issues, transaction risks, and normalization adjustments under U.S. GAAP
Prepare detailed analyses, data books, and client-facing reports used in valuation and negotiations
Participate in client meetings, management calls, and discussions with investment bankers and legal advisors
Collaborate with audit, tax, and healthcare advisory professionals across the firm
At the Manager level, oversee engagement workstreams, review team output, manage timelines, and mentor staff
Support client relationships and contribute to select business development initiatives

Qualification

Required

3–7+ years of experience in public accounting, transaction advisory, financial due diligence, or audit
Strong preference for candidates with healthcare audit or healthcare transaction exposure
CPA designation completed or actively in progress
Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and its application in M&A and transaction environments
Advanced Excel skills and strong presentation capabilities
Ability to synthesize complex financial information into clear, decision-useful insights
Strong communication, organization, and project management skills

Preferred

Candidates currently in audit who are seeking a transition into transaction advisory are strongly encouraged to apply
