Responsibilities
Designing high-performance prompts that improve accuracy, consistency, and output quality across LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models
Building reusable prompt frameworks and evaluation systems to support production AI workflows and guardrails
Collaborating with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions
Testing and refining prompts using A/B experimentation, output scoring frameworks, and human-in-the-loop review
Integrating prompt systems into applications using APIs, orchestration tools (LangChain, LlamaIndex), and automated pipelines
Qualification
Required
Deep understanding of prompt engineering techniques including few-shot learning, chain-of-thought reasoning, and structured output design
Experience deploying AI workflows in real production environments with attention to bias mitigation and safety
Strong experimentation mindset with documented testing strategies and measurable improvements in model performance
Familiarity with AI evaluation tools, prompt versioning, and performance tracking
Ability to communicate AI behavior clearly to non-technical stakeholders and guide best practices
