Qualification
Required
Proven skills in Typing and Computer Literacy with proficiency in data entry and familiarity with software applications
Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities to effectively correspond with internal and external stakeholders
Experience in Administrative Assistance, including organizing documents and maintaining records efficiently
Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy
Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
An associate degree or relevant certification is a plus
