Customer Success Representative

Atlantic Training is a privately owned company quickly becoming a leader in workplace training and development. The Customer Success Representative will be responsible for ensuring customer retention and account growth, managing the full customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewals and upsells.

Responsibilities

Be the customer's personal sidekick, always ready with a solution or a witty one-liner
Juggle accounts, tasks, and meetings like a pro using HubSpot and Google Suite
Onboard new customers with enthusiasm and set them up for long-term success
Conduct success reports and meet or exceed expected KPIs (retention rate and account expansion)
Own the renewal process and hit those retention targets like you're playing a video game (high scores encouraged!)
Drive account expansion through strategic upsells and upgrades by consistently showing customers how awesome our software training products are
Generate quotes and proposals for renewals, upgrades, and additional services
Set up new business opportunities for our Account Executives (teamwork makes the dream work!)
Collaborate with our support team to tackle any issues. The attitude to see no problem is too big or small
Contribute to PR efforts through referral and testimonial capturing (time to show off those friend-making skills!)

Qualification

Required

Proven Customer Success or Account Management experience in software/SaaS (2+ years required)
Carried a renewal quota and consistently hit retention targets
Track record of driving upsells, upgrades, and account expansion
Comfortable generating quotes and proposals for renewals and growth opportunities
Savvy with computers and CRM programs
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Great time management and organizational skills
Hungry to discover and help identify growth opportunities
Comfortable behind the camera for videos and meetings with customers
Thrives in a fast-paced environment where multitasking is essential
Enthusiastic about technology and software

Preferred
