Assist with project schedules, budgets, and technical deliverables
Coordinate with engineering teams, clients, and contractors
Review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
Track progress and help resolve design or execution issues
Support construction and commissioning activities as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field)
2–3+ years of hands-on high-voltage substation experience
Familiarity with substation equipment, layouts, and standards
Strong communication and organization skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
Preferred
Utility or EPC substation project experience
Exposure to protection & controls or commissioning
Knowledge of IEEE, NESC, or utility standards
