Responsibilities
Managing records, files, and correspondence like a pro
Supporting employee in- and out-processing
Coordinating travel and making magic happen with DTS (Defense Travel System)
Keeping the office stocked, organized, and ready for action
Serving as the ultimate liaison for senior staff and external agencies
Crafting polished reports, presentations, and communications
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree + 3 years of senior-level admin experience (or 8 years of experience in place of a degree)
Superior communication and organizational skills
Advanced computer skills (think spreadsheets, presentations, and internet wizardry)
Clearance: TS/SCI Required
Preferred
Experience with Defense Travel System (DTS) and timekeeping management is a plus
