Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk

Responsibilities

Review and process invoices, check requests, credit card transactions, and employee reimbursement requests
Audit and reconcile vendor information, payment data, and accounting codes for accuracy
Follow up on past-due invoices with internal teams and external vendors
Respond to routine internal inquiries related to the firm's web-based AP systems
Work efficiently and accurately in a high-volume, paperless environment
Support month-end and year-end close processes, including overtime as needed
Handle additional accounting or finance-related projects as assigned

Required

Associate's degree required
Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting or finance preferred
Minimum of 1 year of hands-on accounts payable experience preferred

Prior experience in a professional services or legal environment strongly preferred
